ChemoLex is a SaaS platform for processing Safety Data Sheets (SDS). By using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Account and access

Registration creates an account with login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account activity.

3. Credits and payment

One credit = one processed document. Purchased credits are valid indefinitely and are non-refundable. Demo accounts receive 2 free credits.

4. Data processing

Documents you upload are processed for data extraction. Data retention policy is defined within your account settings.

5. Limitation of liability

ChemoLex provides a tool for data extraction and enrichment. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated documents before distribution.

6. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email.
